Shipping Policy — The Reeder Family Boutique

Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum spend required.


Processing & Shipping Time

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Delivery: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Total: approximately 4–9 business days from the time you place your order

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by customs inspections, weekends and public holidays, or high shipping volumes.


Order Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.


Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide to multiple countries and regions. Orders are subject to international shipping procedures, customs processing, and each courier's operational timelines. Please note that any import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@thereederfamilyboutique.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging (if damaged)
  • A photo of the packing slip (if items are missing)
  • A brief description of the issue

Please note: if the outer packaging is damaged but the product itself is in perfect condition, a replacement or refund will not be issued.


Order Marked "Delivered" but Not Received
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Contact the courier directly to open an investigation.
  2. Once you have confirmation from the carrier, forward it to us at support@thereederfamilyboutique.com.

Claims submitted more than 7 days after the delivery confirmation are not eligible for review.

Due to our automated fulfillment process, orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. Please make sure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
